\"Dialectic materialism and antiglobalizm\" is the philosophy of Arcady Korneev’s work, \"universal and cultural values\" are subjects of his works.

The artist was born on May, 27 1965 in Orenburg. He began to draw when he was 4. \"I was lucky with the teachers I had at that time, and now I have a lot of them as well\", – says Arcady Korneyev. In 1983 he finished the republican secondary school in Kiev, in 1991 – Kharkiv institute of industrial art.

Arkadiy Sergeev is a participant of Ukrainian and international art exhibitions, international creative groups in Ukraine, Bulgaria and Poland. In 2000 he took part in V International art – festival in Kiev, Ukraine. His works were sold to art museums of Ukraine, Bulgaria, private collectors.

Since 1993 Arkadiy is a member of the National Union of Ukrainian Artists.
