Her motto in life is \"Go on!\", her dream is about happiness
in life and in her paintings Svetlana tries to depict man and
his surrounding.
She was born on the 12th of September 1941 in village Znamenka in
Russia.
1961 1966 She studied at Lugansk State Art School,

1973 at Kiev State Art Institute.
Since 1973 she has worked as a teacher at Lugansk College of Culture and Arts. In 1977 Svetlana
Ivannikova became a member of the National Union of Ukrainian Artists.
The artist paints portraits, landscapes, still lives. Hew own
favorite picture is \"Soldiers\". Among Lugansk artists she distinguishes
V. Skubak.
