GERMAN MEDVETSKIJ VIKTOROVICH
was born with 1967 in Odessa. After the termination of art school has acted in the Odessa Construction Institute (now the Odessa Architectural Academy) on faculty of architecture which has finished with distinction in 1992. After the termination of institute the hobby painting has developed into something more serious.
His pictures - result of the creative and professional approach to painting.
